Advice to those with excuses:
Change your mindset! It's only you stopping you!! If you don't have the desire, ask yourself why? Are you too tired? Can't afford a gym membership? Work too much? No time? Kids? Embarrassed to go to the gym? What is it? What is your excuse?
Yes, I said it! Excuse!! We all do it. I have been guilty of it too. You tell yourself you can't get healthy or fit because of these excuses. The question you must ask yourself is, when will it change for me? When will I stop and make a change in my life?
If you can't afford a gym... Work out at home! If you don't have the time...MAKE TIME! If you have time to be on social media then you have time to workout. If you are too tired go to bed earlier. Work too much? Then get up before work and work out. If you have to wait for the kids to go to bed, then so be it. If you are embarrassed to go to the gym then work out at home or somewhere where you will feel comfortable.
The bottom line is you can find a way. You just have to want to it bad enough and find a solution to your excuse. Once you find that solution have someone hold you accountable, get a coach, friend or family member. Text/ call each other daily or workout together. No one can make you want to change your life, you have to be willing. Once your willing to make the change you must find it in yourself to make that change happen. Make it your passion because that's your body. Your body is a reflection of you. Make it reflect the best you that you can be!! Read the picture below... Read it over and over until you believe yourself and take that feeling you have and go work out! You can do this.
